Stringing & Wiring
Tags can come preattached with tag wires, cotton string, elastic string, or even butcher cord.
Pre-wired tags are twisted three times, and any string can be knotted, looped with open ends, as well as looped and knotted.
While this can be customized to some degree, attachments have standard lengths. Wires are 12″ as is twine and poly-cotton sting. Elastic string is typically 8″ because of its stretch and butcher cord is cut to order.
Other specialized attachments can be used upon demand (delays may be applicable). Most common of these are twist ties, zip ties or deadlocks. In most cases these are available pre-attached to the tags or inserted in each box
